Valleau Custom Cabinetry combines cutting edge technology with traditional cabinetmaking practices. The following outlines the process we use from start to finish when building your cabinetry.

Book consultation and make decisions

Book an appointment to discuss your ideas, ask any questions and show us photographs (if you have any). Our staff will review the details about what will be involved in building your custom project. They will review and discuss the following:

Space required for the cabinets. Will the existing space be enough or will it need to be expanded?
Photographs from previous cabinet jobs for ideas
A customized plan to meet your every need. How much working area will be needed, what are your storage and organizational requirements; where will the eating area be and will this be different from the entertaining area?
Options for type, location and quantity of appliances
Material options for the interior and exterior of the cabinets. A variety of materials are available with a stain finish or a paint grade finish
Cabinet style options - face frames with inset doors or Euro full overlay cabinets
Door style options
Ideas for lighting and a variety of countertop and flooring options
Names of interior designers, general contractors and sub-trades
Pricing to fit your budget
Scheduling, sequence of events and completion date

Provide quote

Valleau Custom Cabinetry will provide you with an initial quote for your review. It will outline:

Cabinet construction, hardware and materials
Quantity of cabinets included
Optional features/upgrades available with separate pricing for each
Payment terms

Construct cabinets

All cabinets are built from start to finish in our shop. Our team of experienced craftsmen build your cabinets with state of the art machines – CNC equipment which produces door profiles, and cabinet parts with extreme accuracy for a precise fit. Cabinets are carefully sanded and finished in a high-quality stain or paint colour of your choice and are ready for installation.

Install cabinets

We believe that a proper installation requires experienced and skilled staff. Therefore, the complete delivery and installation is done by the Valleau Custom Cabinetry team.

Final inspection

Once all cabinetry has been installed, qualified staff will do a final inspection to be sure everything meets your needs. There is a five-year limited warranty on all Valleau Custom cabinetry.
