Owner
Valleau Custom Cabinetry is owned by John Valleau, an accomplished tradesman with a rich educational background and extensive experience in the carpentry and cabinetmaking industry. In 1986, John graduated from Conestoga College, where he earned a Manufacturing Technician - Wood Products diploma. He is not only a licensed cabinetmaker, but also a licensed general carpenter.

John completed Teachers' College at the University of Toronto, obtaining a Diploma in Technological Education. This has allowed him to share his knowledge and expertise by teaching Building Renovations/Carpentry and Cabinetmaking at George Brown College. As a highly skilled and dedicated craftsman, John takes pride in the company he has built, creating a legacy that he and his family can be proud of.
Craftsmen
John has trained each member of his team to fulfill specific roles within the group. These roles range from constructing custom cabinets to perfecting spray finishes and installing cabinets in a timely and professional manner. All of John’s craftsmen share a common goal of maintaining the highest quality. Most recently, John’s son – Jack has joined the team full time. Jack has been working part-time with the team since 2015. In 2023, Jack graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is now pursuing a cabinetmaker apprenticeship with Valleau Custom Cabinetry.
