Do you work with designers?

Yes, Valleau Custom Cabinetry has worked with several designers. The designer will assist you with making many decisions such as cabinet style, colours, counter tops, flooring choice, lighting and appliance choices. If you choose to hire a designer, we would be more than happy to work with them to design the cabinet portion of the job.     

What budget is required?

Do you make your own cabinet doors?

Yes, we make all our own cabinet doors from start to finish in our shop.

 Do you install the kitchen or do you hire subcontractors in?

Valleau Custom Cabinetry installs each and every cabinet job from start to finish. This ensures the best fit and finish of the final product.

Who coordinates the different trades?

Typically the coordination of the trades is done by a general contractor or sometimes a designer. We can offer referrals to help you find the right contractor for your project.  

How do we determine the project cost? 

Valleau Custom Cabinetry will provide you with a preliminary quote after the initial consultation.  As the design process evolves and the drawings are finalized a second more exact quote will be provided.  

What features are standard and included in your price?

Valleau Custom Cabinetry offers standard details such as Blum soft-close hinges, full-extension soft-close drawer slides, solid cabinet construction using ¾ inch materials, panelled gable ends matching cabinet doors, large crown molding, light valance trim, and a post-catalyzed lacquer finish.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. All of our employees are covered by Worker's Compensation, and we carry construction liability coverage.
